Each Collar is made of two layers of very pliable, durable vinyl. The underside that is next to your dogs skin is soft and almost suede-like. ~Collars are stiched, NOT GLUED. Metal fittings are also riveted through both vinyl layers, NOT GLUED. Durable and long lasting, these collars won't frey even with the roughest of dogs. Sizing Information: The size number on this collar is the total length end to end. For the correct fit, measure your pets neck and add 2 inches.
